    • Swing ratings and scores
    • Impact frame images
    • Body pose and skeleton data
    • AI-generated swing tips and recommendations
    • Frame-by-frame analysis annotations
  • Device Information: Basic device information to ensure proper app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Swing Analysis: Your golf swing videos are processed using in-app algorithms as well as third-party LLM services to provide swing ratings, tips, and recommendations.
  • Machine Learning: Your videos may be used to train machine learning models that improve our swing analysis features and algorithms.
  • Data Storage: Videos and analysis data are stored securely to allow you to access your swing history and track your progress.
  • Subscription Management: We process subscription information through Apple's App Store to provide premium features.
  • App Improvement: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms and app features.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Cloud Storage: Your videos and analysis data are stored securely using Firebase, Google's cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security.
  • Database: User profiles, swing ratings, and analysis data are stored in Firestore, a secure cloud database.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
  • Authentication: Your account is protected by Firebase Authentication with secure password handling and OAuth protocols.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our app functionality:

  • Firebase (Google): For user authentication, cloud database, and video storage.
  • Third-Party LLM Services: For AI-powered swing analysis and recommendations.
  • Superwall: For subscription and paywall management.
  • Apple: For payment processing (StoreKit) and ad attribution (SKAdNetwork).

5. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Video frames are sent to third-party LLM services for swing analysis processing.
  • Videos may be used internally for machine learning model training to improve app features.
  • Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • Your swing rating can be shared with friends through the app's sharing feature, but this is entirely at your discretion.
  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for app improvement purposes.

6. Data Retention

  • Swing Data: Your swing ratings, videos, and analysis data are retained until you delete them or until our automatic cleanup removes entries older than 1 year.
  • Account Data: Your account information is retained until you delete your account.
  • Machine Learning: Anonymized data used to train machine learning models may be retained within those models.

7. Your Rights

  • You can access your swing analysis data and videos through the app.
  • You can delete individual swing ratings and videos at any time through the app.
  • You can delete your entire account, which will remove all of your data from our systems.
  • You can share or export your swing analysis cards through the app's sharing feature.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
